Interview
The interview process involved two stages. The first interview was with HR and focused on my background and experience. The second interview was with the team leaders, where technical skills, role expectations, and team collaboration were discussed.

Question 1
At first they asked to tell me about myself. Then they asked of I had any idea about the job role. And my strength and weakness. Then they asked how would I deal with conflict?
