I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
There was an initial phone call to confirm my interest and set up a phone interview. The phone interview was performed by a third party and acted essentially as a screening process. A few days later I received a call from the bank itself to set up an in person interview that was performed by the branch manager. I found the in person interview to be a lot more relaxed than the phone interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If I had any knowledge of the financial institution beyond the fact that they were a bank.
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
