I got the chance for interview through internal referral, it was an in-person interview, branch manager and assistant branch manager were nice and patient, the whole process took 2 weeks

Describe a situation that you deal with a client who is complaining the line is too long
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
