I received an email to schedule for a phone interview. The phone interview was for 30 min. after 2 days I received a call from different person for in person interview

Asked me about my previous experience in customer service and how I deal with upset customer? how to up sell? cash experience? Why BMO?

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
