Interview
Two part interview, first with a senior UX Designer then with Creative Director. First being pretty standard and pleasant. Asked about my journey to become UX, skills and projects. Second felt like interrogation, person interrupted every time I started to speak. I don't think I put the sentence together the whole time.

Interview
The art director was unaware of the interview. The person who is in charge didn't like me from the start even though I had great answers also while showing example he didn't bother pay attention. When I heard back from them, their only reason to why I wasn't hired was because I'm not into the brand. Even I personally bank with BMO and dressed all blue-ish for the interview to show my brand appreciation. Total waste of my time.
