I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BMC Software (Houston, TX) in Nov 2013
Interview
Phone interview with 3 VP-level executives. The first call was with the HR team. The second call was with 2 VP's and the final call was with the head of Services Sales. The topics of the calls was mostly focused on the program management and delivery I had done in my career for Fortune 500 customers and how it would align to the BMC methodology.
The BMC management was very responsive to my questions and provided specific answers to my questions thus making the decision on my part much easier on whether or not to consider BMC's offer.
