You'll do 5 30 minute interviews with each manager of the department, followed by an interview with the director. The interview is very personality and soft-skills-based. Overall it wasn't too difficult, just a somewhat long process.

One phone interview followed by an hour and a half interview with different mangers. Everyone was very nice but asked the same questions. Some random questions were thrown in but overall a good experience
