The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BMC Software (New Delhi)
Interview
Telephonic round plus couple of technical rounds followed by managerial round. Cleared all techno-managerial rounds and had HR round. I was told that I SHALL GET THE OFFER by next day but even after a month there is none.
Had a pleasant conversation across all discussions though. I was told that there is no WFH as a policy but available in exceptional cases. Timings are flexible but depending on workload people work on weekends.
Policies seem just at par with industry.
