I was referred by an employment agency. I meet with my direct hiring manager about 3 times. The process took about three weeks. It was a positive experience as each meeting was more of a conversation than a test.

Question 1
Why do you want to work in tax as just an administrative assistant?
Basic what would you do questions. Interviewer gave me a test as well. Pretty easy questions and straightforward. No need to stress at all about it. Just prepare and your good to go.
It was a smooth process. Interviewer asked standard questions such as what are your strengths and weaknesses, why do you want to join the company. Interviewer also explained more about the job scope and role that you will be involved in.

Deuxième entretien avec le Senior Manager - en retard de 15 min car mauvaise communication en interne, questions simples mais sans plus d’intérêts, oublie de demander si le candidat a des questions
10 semaines après le premier entretien, toujours pas de nouvelles/ d’offre
