Interview
It was a one hour interview process with 3 managers each for about 20 mins. Each manager had a went over your resume or parts and each did focus on different parts. Thankfully I had a lot of work experience. Each manager asked questions so be prepared with 6-8 questions and be aware of the companies values and goals.

More competency questions rather than motivational questions. Eg: Why Tax at BDO. In my interview, there were 6 competency questions and 1 motivational question. Make sure to ask the interviewer questions about what you will do on a day-to-day basis.
