It was a 30 minute interview with three different people people from the HR department. There were three face to face rounds and they asked me about my experience, salary, career goals.

Slick process, met with team and wider business. nice office and the team came across as good people that genuinely care for the company. all around happy with the interview process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BDO (Oak Brook, IL) in Mar 2018
Interview
The recruiting intern reached out to me via LinkedIn and invited me to a phone interview. We happened to be in the same graduate program. The phone interview was good, about 30-45 min, and informative. I was invited for an in-person interview the next week. I met the current recruiting intern (who would be moving up after her position was filled), the recruiting manager, and recruiting director. I interviewed with them all individually then was invited to lunch with the recruiting team. Overall a really thorough, positive experience. Even though I ended up not getting an offer, I really enjoyed their process/experience. They got back to me within a week to let me know they were continuing the process with another candidate. I would definitely apply to this company if there is another opening in the future.
