Spoke to recruiter on the phone same day I submitted my application, then scheduled an in office interview where I spoke to three people, spoke to a partner, someone in the department, and a coworker in a different department who worked with them closely

Interview
Applied online. The recruiter followed up. However, there is one recruiter for all of ITS so you may have to do alot of follow-up yourself. After initial phone screening, set up one round of phone interviews with senior managers/managers. Second round was in person with Partners/Directors. Interviewed with about 8 people total
