Extremely disappointing process. They prolonged the interview process for nearly 2 months. Called for 3 meetings , asked for presentations etc. and then came back with a offer of degraded position and salary package. When I wrote them back expressing my disappointment over the same , HR calls to criticise me & advice not to write mail to express my concern in future ask to take whatever they are offering. It shows their culture. Hence I am happily not joining them.

Language skills were assessed. Salary negotiation was tough as the recruiter did not budge. If you decline, the recruiter may reach out again in a couple of months. Interviews with higher level management was rather grounded.
