First Round: Online application and tests
Second round: Video interview. Strengths based (asking what you would do in a certain situation rather than what you actually did). Wikijob has a comprehensive list of questions.
Final round: Assessment center. 2 group exercises, one interview and one analytical exercise, quite easy. However, you may run out of things to talk about in the group exercise because it is very simple, no presentation. They just want to see how you interact. Interview involved a recommendation from the group study (discussed with assessor rather than a formal presentation, with questions on strengths and weaknesses of your proposal), and the usual competency/motivational questions. Analytical exercise is to write an email to your boss about your proposal, wasn't timed and very chill.
Pro tip: Try not do dominate in the group exercise, even if someone else is talking over everyone else. I did that and was considered domineering, although i did well in the other parts.
