Interview
Thorough. They get to know the real you quite effectively at a lengthy initial interview with a director/senior manager and then again on the assessment day where you get further 1-to-1 talks with partners (in addition to the usual individual competency tests and group test/business roleplay scenario)
Background part question is common and easy to answer such as why company and why job. The interviewers are kind and nice. They also introduce the company culture and their own experience to you. The whole experience is great.
Pretty nice, friendly people and mostly behavior questions not very challenging. Pay is average audit salary. Good to learn a bit more about the company. Feel like mostly introvert professionals in the team

Il colloquio è suddiviso in 3 steps: 1)colloquio di gruppo dove si svolge un caso studio; 2) colloquio conoscitivo con l'HR dove vengono fatte alcune domande di inglese ma molto basilari; 3) colloquio tecnico con manager dove mi aveva chiesto di svolgere degli esercizi di partita doppia, nozioni in generale su economia aziendale (ad esempio, avviamento ecc)
