Applied online and had my first interview a week later with a manager. It was pretty relaxed, half an hour with the usual behavioral questions. The second interview was just over a week later - the Assessment Centre. It involved doing a case in groups and presenting it to a group of managers, then lunch. This was about half a day. There was a third partner interview if you passed the first 2 stages.

It was a phone interview with an HR specialist. It went pretty smooth I would say. HR was really nice and she said good every time you answered a question

Interview
There was a pre-dinner with the recruiters ahead of the day that the interview took place, so I got chance to meet with the recruiters in advance and talk about some casual topics with them. It is a good chance for you to demonstrate your personality and share your hobbies.
The interview took place in BDO office and it took half an hour, the process was very relaxing and smoothing, most of the questions are behavioural questions.

Prepare yourself for at least 10 behavioral questions(teamwork, prioritize, problem solving, develop network, etc) Interviewer is very professional and friendly. They will typed your answer to laptop while you are answering the question.
