Recruiter reached out, had a discussion about my experience and what they're looking for. Interview with the Principal, then MD and SM. Again, straight forward, discussion of previous experience and what I'm looking for and how it aligns with the group. Recruiter was awesome and moved quickly. Was in talks with two competitors that moved too slow.
