Very open, questions are more to gauge how well you would fit the organisation rather than a right or wrong answer. There were 4 stages over 4 months and at the end you have the AC in which you have to show your creative and teamwork skills.
A values test, written responses, then a an evaluation centre. You are asked to collaborate with the other final candidates and respond in real time to changing situations. Then asked to pitch a show and questioned on the values of the BBC
I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at BBC (Birmingham, England) in Feb 2025

Insanely long and hard work. Unsure what they’re wanting from people and seems unfair making people go through such a grooling process. I wouldn’t recommend and I’d try ITV or channel 4 instead
