Interview
Application form, first and second interview. First interview was procedural and explained the organisation how the job fits within the rest of the department what to expect what benefits there were. Second interview was meeting four members of the team and making sure there was a cultural fit which was very important to them.
A 2 stage interview process - meeting with a panel of three people. The interview consisted of standard behavioral, situational, competency-based, and general questions regarding skills, motivations, and career goals.
