Interview
Axtria visited our college for campus recruitment for business analyst and technical analyst profile.
Round 1: It was an online assessment which had questions from aptitude, reasoning, english and basic coding.
After getting shortlisted in online assessment, the next round was face to face.
Round 2 : The interviewer asked about projects and internships. Basics of SDLC. Questions were limited to resume only.
Round 3 : After face to face, next round was HR. Basic questions were asked like
1. Why want to join axtria?
2. Weakness and strength?

Interview
First was the shortlisting based on details. And then online test which had cognitive ability test , aptitute - technical , verbal and maths which was very difficult.The time was the major issue.
Then after dis test , 5 students were shortlist.
The last round was skype interview which was entirely project based and some basic questions.

Pretty good. We had an online test followed with a technical and a HR round.
The online was an aptitude test.
In the technical round, questions related to data structures arrays, stings were asked and a description of the project I worked on.
The HR round consists of puzzles and behavioral questions.
