A very rigorous process at director level including multiple individual interviews over several months with a variety of stakeholders and the final step of a full day, 3rd party written and in-person assessment for cultural fit and business acumen. Most stakeholder interviews were by phone of video conference. Requires flexibility, patience and persistence.
