The entire interview process went fairly smooth. Depending on the position that you apply for you will take a few assessments and they will call you in for a face to face interview.

The interview is 3 rounds: recruiter screen, in-person with 2 managers, and final interview with VP. Interviewers asked pretty standard sales and competency questions. Make sure you sell yourself and demonstrate that you are competitive, personable and coachable.

Asked me about 4 questions out of a handbook, SBO style. They were not too difficult if you gave good examples from prior job experiences. The 2 managers deliberated and then came back to invite me to interview with the regional manager.
