Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Round 1- General, Walk me through your resume.
Round 2- It was not an interview but more of a phone call from the hiring manager about the job and its expectations from a candidate information.
Round 3- It was terrible and there was no proper communication. 1st 2 managers were on time and asked generic question about sql, tableau, SAS, the SVP, asked so many question regarding the how will do perform this, that and many question which I could barely answer as the job description did don't mention even 30% of the expectation. It was a terrible and demotivating experience.

Interview
First spoke with Hiring Manager briefly on the phone. She asked very basic questions, did not elaborate or go into any detail, very quick call.
She determined to move forward with me as a candidate so I agreed to met her and several others in person. Though I was at the location much earlier than the interviews were to begin, there was not anyone at reception desk to notify that I was there. I called the hiring manager twice and left two voice mails alerting her I was there well before the interviews were to begin. I waited in the lobby and watched a group of employees attend a pizza party - none acknowledged me. Finally the hiring manager came to the lobby to get me, 15 minutes late.
I first spoke with the hiring manager, she asked straight interview 101 questions. She seemed to be annoyed when I asked her questions about the make up the team, their experience level, current and future plans for growth. I only got to speak with the Hiring manager 6 or 7 minutes.
I then met with 4 others ranging from product, developers, engineering. At the conlclusion of the 4th and final meeting, and spending about 2 hours of my day there, the gentlemen said I would have a debrief with the hiring manager. The gentlemen tracked her down and she told him there will be no debrief and I the interview was over (she claimed to be too busy to even step in for 2 mins after I spent 2 hours there).
Extremely unprofessional, rude and a waste of my time. I have never experienced anything like that in my profressional career of several decades.
