      Ccs Interview

      Feb 25, 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Florence, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Asurion (Florence, TX) in Feb 2015

      Interview

Their recruiters would call me at random times of the day to ask for an interview on the spot. I'm literally out the door for an interview. I'm told to call a number back. It's an assessment. I move to the next step which is a phone interview. The rep wrecks her script several times. She laughs about. She makes a stink about my work gap. The meeting was more informal than I'd liked. It's upsetting that I have to deal with people that are way to comfortable with their jobs during this employment phase. Everyone I interacted with was female. I don't have a problem with that. Ironically, some other people I know that applied did not get this job. All of which are male and were high ranking reps at their previous gig. I did notice that the two example calls were female. The calls are heavily scripted and the voices were monotone. Honestly, I wasn't impressed. Asurion tells me that I'm not qualified for this job. I have high memorization skills, multitasking skills and consistently high rankings at any job I performed. I just don't know what to think about their rejection letter.
