Interview
Person after person...it seemed like I was finished, but then another manager needed to speak with me. And then another different business unit manager. In the end, I was hired and it was beneficial to have met some of the interviewers but I would rather have done that on equal footing.

Question 1
Tell me about your prior experience doing XYZ. This was a contract position where I was completing school. I didn't have much experience!

Interview
The first round was a one way video interview. They asked generic questions. Next round involved designing a project given three different choices. Then, you present your project on a zoom interview call. I was told I would hear back within a week or so. When I reached out, I never heard back whether or not I made it to the next round. I honestly feel like it was very unprofessional and rude. If a candidate doesn't make it to the next round, it is common courtesy to reach out, or at the very least, respond to the candidate with their application status.

A huge component of the interview was designing a project and presenting it. To be honest, I feel as though they are stealing ideas from candidates without any intention of offering a job to the candidate. I say this because I made it to the presentation stage of the interview process. I reached out two weeks later and did not get a response. I feel like my time and project was being exploited without any real intention of offering me a position.
