3 in person/online 2-pat tech interview
part-1: you are given to solve some api based challenge (mostly basic stuff - start express server, run get/put/post queries)
part-2: panel interview done by mostly the actual team that has the resource requirement. some of the panelists are often junior developers

question was something like creating a server application to manage lights in a building in different configurations with access restriction. For example being able to switch all lights on or off at once or have some users control only individual lights while admins can control any room light.
