Did online app day later had interview asked to come in for a second interview which was a group of other potential candidates it was very interactive played a few games and mingled I was offered job later that day my start date was 2 wks from that date I got a call 1 week later telling me my drug screen was passed as well as my background check I quit the job I was working and a day before my start date I got a call saying the offer was rejected due to my background I asked were they sure did they have all my information correct they gave me a number to Sterling which is the company they use come to find out they mixed my paper work up after Sterling redoing my background check which is clean and letting Asurion know about the mistake they still refused to give back the offer I was super pissed but God had something bigger and better planned for me Asurion was full of it
The interview process for the customer service position started with a phone screening where they asked about my availability, background, and basic customer service experience. After that, I was invited for an in-person (or virtual) interview with the hiring manager. During the interview, they asked behavioral questions like how I handle difficult customers, how I stay calm under pressure, and how I work as part of a team. They also gave a few scenarios and asked how I would respond. The whole process was straightforward and focused on communication skills, patience, and problem-solving. I heard back shortly after with next steps.

It was an easy interview, they ask for experience details and then a little sales role-play. The interviewer was pretty cool, they ask also for the way you handle calls and sales management tools.
