Interview
The first call from the company was a briefing of if you consent to taking a drug test and if you have reliable transportation. After, I was able to set up a second phone interview.
The 2nd phone interview lasted 12 mins.The monotone woman asked about my two most recent jobs and asked for the name of the company, job title, time period I worked there and reason for leaving (even though I had already submitted two resumes to them). I was scheduled for 3rd in-person interview right after.

Interview
First interview was a video interview with a recruiter. In first interview, I was given a role play scenario where I had to pitch an iPhone and why someone should buy it. Then I had to do a scenario where I was speaking on the phone to a “customer” and I had to keep them on the line for as long as possible.
Second interview was on site. When I arrived there was at least 8 other people present for a big info session and then each of us were individually met with an interviewer.

The interview process was very thorough yet straightforward and simple, I was asked questions and answered honestly and the environment was very comfortable and didn’t feel too tense other than those interview nerves that hit just about anyone.
