It was with Gerry, she is absolutely delightful. Very positive and helpful and makes you feel comfortable.She also made it comfortable because she would talk about her kids and grand daughter. It's a shame that she isn't the one running the dept that i worked in.

Have I ever done call center calls before? It was a very easy interview. Do i know how to use computers. What schedule are you looking for? Are you comfortable with first call resolutions.
The person I got interviewed was very kind, set great expectations and I just did the interview yesterday, I’m hoping to hear good news because this is right up my alley!

Went over job history, name a time you had to think and use logic, name a time when you went above and beyond, etc
The interviewer asked performance based questions. Gave a very detailed job description and company overview. Great Manager did the interview and was easy to talk to. Not stressful like some interviews.

Nivel de inglés requerido: al menos C1. Dos entrevistas grupales. La primera es mas breve, consta de 2 preguntas en inglés. A mi me preguntaron si alguna vez había recibido feedback negativo de algún supervisor, y qué me motiva de trabajar para est empresa. En la segunda te presentas, luego respondes 2 preguntas, y luego ven un caso puntual que te envían (todo en inglés)
