Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Asana Rebel (Berlin (Germany)).
Interview
The application process felt really human from beginning to end. The different rounds were set up in a natural and agile manner. All the people involved were open and willing to discuss tricky topics and give clear transparent answers. The founders got also involved and when sharing their vision, showed commitment and the will to shape a great product and a strong working culture. All in all, this helped me to choose them over other bigger players in Berlin.

I applied online. I interviewed at Asana Rebel (Berlin (Germany)) in July 2017.
Interview
The HR scheduled an Skype interview time with me. When the time came, she didn't call me. She said she was sick and forgot to notify me. So I haven't had a chance to talk with the HR.
Application
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Asana Rebel.
Interview
I went through a technical challenge and then was called to a in person interview with a developer and the CTO.
The interview from the technical perspective was pretty chill, since i had done the code challenge and apparently they liked what they saw.
But the organisational aspect of the interview was really bad, they didn't seem very flexibel, hesitated a lot when i asked about home office flexibility and i even got asked if i can ship code without test (which for me was a clear red flag).
I had the feeling that they expect you to do whatever to get things done without caring much about code quality and i even got asked some personal weird questions.
In the end i didn't get the offer but i wasn't very happy with the interview either way, so i think both of us felt the same way.

I applied in-person. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Asana Rebel (Berlin (Germany)) in December 2017.
Interview
First we agreed on a date and time, which was changed 2 times because the CEO couldn't be there. At the end, the HR Manager and another person were there, but not the CEO, otherwise it might not have happened.
I arrived to their offices and waited for a while, after that I was invited to enter into a room with these two people and asked questions.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Asana Rebel in January 2019.
Interview
The process went through a pre-screen call with HR, test task and interview round with CTO. In spite of Asana Rebel is a small fast-growing company communication was extremely professional: interviewers showed up on time, quick response after all stages, clear feedback in the course of the whole process. Test task seems a bit unusual for applied position, but fully reflects day to day duties. No time waster!

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Asana Rebel (Berlin (Germany)) in October 2018.
Interview
The first step was call, recruiter was prepared and professional. Recruiter asked me whether I know company and the application itself. Later asked me couple of questions. After the call I received mail with code challenge, which was rather simple. I messed up totally this challenge, and got declined 2-3 days after submission, but without feedback. However I send email to recruiter (no response) and to tech-person who was reviewing my challenge, and I received apologies and feedback about my task. Overall very professional.

Application
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Asana Rebel (Berlin (Germany)).
Interview
The process was similar to most companies in Berlin. The HR is friendly and leads the interview steps with great agility. In total there were 6 steps: conversation with HR, tech challenge sent by email, interview with the QA team, call with the CTO, interview with dev team and finally the salary offer.
Unfortunately, the offer was way below from the average to this position in comparison with other companies in Berlin. Furthermore there was no chance for negotioation.

The first interview was absolutely fast with HR questions. The interviewer was on time and she asked to the point questions. Now I'm waiting for the rest of the process.

Interview
I applied online and received an email within a few days of my application from their HR department asking for interview availability times. I was impressed by their speed at replying to applications.
I filled in some interview times via the link they sent, but was subsequently contacted by their HR department saying that they were no longer interested in proceeding me to the interview stage.
It was quite an odd email to receive. I got the feeling that the people who work there are a very 'in' crowd.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Asana Rebel (Berlin (Germany)) in May 2019.
Interview
I applied online and they send me a link to make an appointment for an interview. But in the day of interview, they didn't call and send email to reschedule the time. They didn't call in the second time and it goes to third and forth and after the fourth time, they send me a line to call them with hangout on a specific date. Unfortantually, when I called them they didn't answer. A day after I got an email that says according to the interview you are not good for our situation. That's a very shame for a company like this
