I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Asana (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Not the best, felt like the interviewer wasn’t paying attention and just reading through the questions. Each time I answered a question I could tell they were bothered and/or not happy with what I said. Instead of concealing that it showed in the interview. Regardless if I wasn’t a good fit, it could’ve been conducted more professionally.
Intensive, spoke with multiple people each interview. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Stressed that they wanted someone with previous sales experience and did not want to train a new person.
will have 3 round interviews- first round is the phone screen with the hr - then video interview the hiring manager- in-person in the office with the sales director in chicago office
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Asana (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2023
Interview
I really liked the hiring manager for this job but it took them far too long to get back to me after replying. The interview was more conversational and got lots of helpful feedback but the long panel was a bit excessive. It’s a recruiter screen, hiring manager, then 2 hour panel. Only reason I withdrew was another offer
