Interview
One of their recruiters reached out to me on LinkedIn. We spoke over the phone and she said she would set up an interview with the sales manager for the region. The first email mentioned an NDA I would need to sign prior to the next interview and I never received it.
I was told I was going to have to be ready to give my answers to a hypothetical situation and a mock call. I had everything prepared for the call with the sales manager but when we had the call it was only about half an hour and that the hypothetical wouldn't be until the next round.
A couple days later, they sent me the NDA to sign. I didn't hear anything for over a week and then received a blanket, auto-sent rejection email. Seems like there is some miscommunication throughout their interview process.
Intensive, spoke with multiple people each interview. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Stressed that they wanted someone with previous sales experience and did not want to train a new person.
will have 3 round interviews- first round is the phone screen with the hr - then video interview the hiring manager- in-person in the office with the sales director in chicago office

Interview
I really liked the hiring manager for this job but it took them far too long to get back to me after replying. The interview was more conversational and got lots of helpful feedback but the long panel was a bit excessive. It’s a recruiter screen, hiring manager, then 2 hour panel. Only reason I withdrew was another offer
