I set up an initial phone screening with the recruiter three weeks after the online application. Two hours before the call, I received an email from the recruiter having to reschedule. I agreed to set up another interview the following week. Again, the recruiter had something else pop up and had to reschedule two days later. Finally, a day before my interview, I receive an email saying that they are in the stages of giving another candidate an offer and that they canceled my preliminary screening. All in all, I was extremely disappointed in the entire process to say the least. It took over two weeks to set up an initial call and after 2 reschedulings which I accommodated, I had my interview canceled. Especially considering the amount of time I put into preparing for this opportunity which I thought would be so great after reading all the employee reviews. Just a HUGE waste of time. Three weeks and 20-30 hours of my life I will never get back.
