I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Articulate Consulting (Melbourne)
Interview
Professional and original. It was a tri round process starting with the resourcing manager then to the practice lead then finally with the GM's.
Each level was a completely different experience and none that I felt that I could really prepare for rather just be the best of me.
The second round was a combination of technical and cultural questions from what I could gather and it impressed me that a company were focused on picking the right people both skills, attitude and experience. Staff were really professional and knowledgeable about what they do and the type of people they need. I walked away feeling energised and excited about the prospect of being selected. Good follow up post interview, didnt get the job but happy to have gone through that experience.

Question 1
This was not a traditional type interview it was like meeting for a chat with like minded professionals and we exchanged stories of triumphs and some challenges, I got the usual whats your hardest project and why but then I was asked a really good question about what makes a great workplace for me and surprisingly the answers matched all the benefits and initatives they do already.
