First I had a screen with the recruiter who walked me through the process and learned about my background, then there was a take home activity followed by a case review with a couple members of the team. I met the hiring manager for an interview and dove into my experience and got to ask some of my questions. Final round was with one of the cofounders. Overall pleasant, quick experience - ended up declining the offer but enjoyed the process

Easy going but the behavioral questions are the hardest. I was asked about some very unique situations. They have multiple positions open for the same role but hire in waves which makes no sence. Why reject good candidates in this wave when there is no guarantee you will find similar or better candidates in the next wave?
