Interview
Multiple interviews and extensive testing to be qualified. I had two phone interviews, followed by three hours of testing in the morning, and a group interview in the afternoon. Then came back for a final interview with the Senior VP of Sales and Underwriting.
Pass assessment. Meet with recruiter. Meet with Team Lead that will make the hire. Not ideal hiring circumstances and biased based on results that don’t seem pertinent to the role

Easy process 2 interviews with some aptitude tests including the wonderlic so take a few practice tests before interview day. Was an easy and straight forward interview overall. Meeting with a couple of the sales directors after the tests.
