Applicantz interview questions

I was called in the afternoon and rushed into getting my experience together for the position (they were recruiting for Autodesk) I was able to return the work requested within an hour of being called. Five days later, I received a rejection message due to not meeting the Master's degree requirement, even though college was not listed on the job description at all. Speaking to my contact, did not help. He was disorganized, talked over me a lot, and couldn't expain why they did not know before contacting me that the master's degree requirement.
