Interview
Brief but straight to the point. Just need to pass 3 types of test to qualify. It cosist of websearch test, English Language proficiency and a little computer technical test.
There wasn't an interview process. You just fill out an application and hope it actually works since you can't get hold of anyone if it doesn't. Had success before but not this time around.

Interview
You do not get to speak to someone you simply have to do assessments and and further tests to describe your personality. Also a lot of NDA's are required to be signed before you begin.
