Interview
Long and thorough interview process. Treated like a sales cycle with a champion etc. Very robotic and process driven. Each interviewer were like mirror images of each other. Each stage had to be passed before moving to the next with the 7th and final interview with the GM.

Interview
3-4 rounds of 1 hour interviews. First one is with your future direct manager. Second is with his manager. Third is with his manager's manager. Always 1-1. The difficulty of the interviews increases.
