Professional, friendly and personalised. Three rounds, without HR rep (which was nice). Colleagues that ran the interview were very honest about the work conditions and about their expectations. Most of the interview was very informal. I never had such an experience.
I did the Hirevue interview, which had 5 behavioural questions (tell me about a time you worked in a team, etc.) and why Aon and this role questions. It at least gave me unlimited attempts for each question.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you solved a problem with little to no guidance. What steps did you take?
It was an AI interview with 4 questions. Starts off by asking for a brief introduction. Pretty basic. I had 2 attempts to answer each question and there was a timer for each question.
Both stages of the two-stage interview were conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. They tried to gauge your skills and knowledge in a friendly manner without being overly pushy. It was very professional.
