I was referred by a current employee at AON and applied for the position - got the digital interview request within 48 hrs. After completing it instantly got an email invite and a ph call by the recruiter for a personal interview next week. Was interviewed by 2 individuals -first was just basic lifestyle questions, the second was more detailed about job.

Explain to me a situation where you had a conflict with a coworker/or client and how you overcame that.
This interview was some time ago, but I did only one interview that had questions based on experience and their expectations for the role. I don't remember detailed questions but lasted about 15-30 minutes.

The interview process was very easily the best easiest interview I have ever had. 10/10 best. Very great interviewer. And I cant wait to start with the company, even if it is seasonal.
