Interview
Many written questions to support your application such as summarising your understanding of Aon, your extracurricular activities, your future challenges. Then, situational judgment tests that are fairly easy if you practiced and really specific to the position. Was then invited to an on-demand interview. 4 questions with 5 minutes to prepare and 3 minutes to answer. Still waiting for outcome. Next step is an assessment centre.
