Interview
I met the Visual Merchandising Supervisor who appeared really friendly and interested in meeting with me again. I was told to fill out the app online in addition to the Gallup Assessment. After completing them, I was invited for an interview within a week. I met with the VM Supervisor and the GM of the store who appeared friendly as well. I presented my portfolio (not mandatory), in which the VM appreciated. The GM complemented me on my styling (this is really emphasized at this location, so please come well styled at the interview).
Quick Phone screening with the HR manager. Asked about myself and my experience, and how it related to this role. Also wanted to know my interest int the position. I never ended up hearing from them.

Interview
The first clue for me should have been during the interview process... I interviewed with several people from Ann Taylor and Loft which I never understood at the time. Jumping through hoops for people from two completely different brands. Made no sense!
