First round was a bunch of tests, then uploading a HireVue video. Then a phone call then a video screening. Another Skype interview and then flown to NY office for a group interview.

Initial application with games, Hirevue (asked about celebrities, rockstars and beer associations with them) then final panel with senior stakeholders. Be positive and know the beer industry decently well and you should be fine!
