Interview Process: A) Online apply B) Online cultural test C) Logical reasoning test D) Phone interview. The phone interview: I arranged the most comfortable time, it took about 10 minutes. When they ask question, they start to record your answer, so there will be pauses if you need less time for your answer

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
