It was a group interview taken virtually (due to lockdown)
We were asked situation based questions.
They were mainly looking for creative thinking and clear presentation and lucid expression of one's views.
Make sure you are confident and think properly.

How do you think you can bring Ab Inbev among the top 10 best employers in India?
Initial application with games, Hirevue (asked about celebrities, rockstars and beer associations with them) then final panel with senior stakeholders. Be positive and know the beer industry decently well and you should be fine!

It was video record interview. Queastions were pre recorded. You have a 1 minute to think about your answers. And than you have to record your answer . It should better be video call or in person.
