After the application, a long reasoning and cultural fit test occurred. After passing that, I received an on-campus case interview. You get a packet of info, get 30 minutes to read and organize the information, and then present it for 8 minutes to one interviewer. They basically want to see if you can analyze, summarize, and present. The same night, I got a call that I got to the next round, a behavioral interview the next day. It was 2 interviewers on 1, and was basic behavioral questions with a few strategy questions thrown in. Pretty casual. I got a call the same night that I would move on to the Business Simulation in St. Louis 3 weeks later. The business simulation was a team exercise. They put you in teams and see how you react under pressure; the game doesn't matter, it's about your reaction and reason-based answers. Their assessment of you is pretty arbitrary; they want to see that you reflect their cultural values. I was cut after this, before a panel interview in New York.
