At first you have to complete three tests: Cultural fitness, Logical Reasoning and English test (on-line and if you pass then a simple call). After that you get invited to an assesment center, at first we had to introduce ourselves doing a parallelism with our favorite brand of the company, then you are placed in a group and you do some sort of challenges being constantly in observations by the interviewers.
