Interview
Applied online, was selected to take a logic/personality test online. Passed that, had a skype interview scheduled. The software they used was nice because you could test your camera and see your interviewers' names ahead of time. The interviewers seemed to be playing good cop/bad cop so it was very hard to read whether I was doing well. Was invited to St. Louis for an on-site interview, where I was with ~15 other candidates that were split into groups of 5. Got an email on saturday night to fly out sunday and interview on monday with no notice. I thought my delayed travel information was a mistake, but it turned out that they gave everyone the same notice (maybe to test how you respond to stress and if you can/will sacrifice for the company?). Each group of 5 was interviewed on a panel where 5 interviewers asked questions that were either direct (Jane Doe tell me about project X that you did at company Y) or general and open to anyone. Everyone got a phone call within 24 hours letting them know if they got an offer or not.

Starts with an application where you immediately get sent a link to a pymetrics games assessment where you play 12 games that build a personality model. Then there's a one-way digital interview. There's then two in-person interviews before hiring.

The interview concerned behavioral questions and really focused on past experiences and demonstrated skills that a candidate has displayed. The following interviews maintained this aspect but grew more difficult as the process continued

Interview
The whole process took about 2-3 months total, many interviews in the process for a trainee program. Very cool assessors in the beginning, then higher up managers for the final interview.
