First you have to complete three online tests: a Cultural Fit test, a Logical Reasoning test and a Situational Strengths test. Next step is a phone interview of 30 minutes (strength-based interview), followed by 30 minutes preparation time to solve a case that will be sent by mail and again a phone conversation of 10-15 minutes to present the case results. If you are successful, you'll be invited to attend an assessment day. The day consists of an interview, a business game, a case study and different speedy-dating challenges. You'll have plenty of time to network with AB Inbev employees and fellow candidates during the day. The last round is called the final panel interview. You will be assessed by a panel of 4-6 interviewers (managers), together with 3-4 other candidates. Expect questions about your strengths, motivation and ad hoc situations.

Set of 3 interviews, first two being pretty straight forward and easy, the last interview being a group interview with 15 other applicants and 6 VP. Last interview you only get a few questions to answer so make sure you know your stuff.
